{"id":10457,"date":"2025-10-27T09:40:16","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T08:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europeancollege.it\/?p=10457"},"modified":"2025-10-27T11:28:01","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T10:28:01","slug":"collegio-europeo-di-parma-nuova-governance-approvata-dallassemblea-dei-soci-fondatori-del-24-ottobre-u-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europeancollege.it\/en\/collegio-europeo-di-parma-nuova-governance-approvata-dallassemblea-dei-soci-fondatori-del-24-ottobre-u-s\/","title":{"rendered":"European College of Parma: New Governance approved by the Assembly of the Founding Members on 24 October 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Parma, 25 October 2025<\/em><strong> \u2013<\/strong> The Founding Members of the <em>Fondazione Collegio Europeo di Parma<\/em> \u2014 represented by the <em>Unione Parmense degli Industriali<\/em> (Parma Industrial Association), the <em>University of Parma<\/em>, and the <em>Emilia Chamber of Commerce<\/em> \u2014 have unanimously approved a change in governance, with the support of the Supporting Members: the <em>Municipality of Parma<\/em>, the <em>Province of Parma<\/em>, and the <em>Emilia-Romagna Region<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>Board of Directors<\/strong>, which will lead the Foundation for the 2025\u20132028 term, is composed as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>President:<\/strong> Alberto Spagnolli<\/p>\n<p><strong>Members of the Board of Directors:<\/strong><br \/>\nDavide Bollati, Irene Rizzoli, Francesco Castria, Silvia Angelo, Simone Baglioni, Fabrizio Storti<\/p>\n<p><strong>Members of the Board of Auditors:<\/strong><br \/>\nAlessandro Picinini (President), Giovanni Massera, Pierluigi Marchini, Claudio Davoli (Alternate), and Michele Rosati (Alternate)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alberto Spagnolli<\/strong>, the new President of the Foundation, brings many years of institutional experience and a strong commitment to promoting Europe and international cooperation. He has held positions of responsibility at the <strong>European Commission<\/strong> and later at <strong>EFSA \u2013 the European Food Safety Authority<\/strong>, headquartered in Parma. At EFSA, he held senior roles in institutional relations and communication, contributing to strengthening dialogue between the Agency and institutions and stakeholders at local, national, and European levels.
