Parcours interdisciplinaire alliant théorie et pratique, le programme se concentre sur des thématiques clés telles que la géopolitique, le droit international, la coopération au développement, les migrations et la durabilité. Il propose un corps enseignant de haut niveau, des activités interactives, des simulations de politiques publiques, des travaux de projet et des opportunités de stage, afin de fournir aux participants les compétences nécessaires pour évoluer dans des contextes globaux et régionaux complexes.
Programme Overview
An advanced, interdisciplinary programme offering knowledge and professional skills on EU and international governance, with a focus on Euro-Mediterranean and African cooperation policies. Combining economic, legal, and geopolitical perspectives, the Master equips participants with analytical tools to tackle today’s complex challenges in Europe’s relations with its Mediterranean and African Partners. EU-MEDA is co-designed and co-organised with the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Parma.
Key focus areas include: development cooperation, agri-food systems, migration and mobility, energy, environment, health, blue economy, and others.

Teaching Methodology

Fees and Scholarships
The program fee is €6,000, (in three installments), plus a €16 university matriculation fee due upon enrolment.
How to Apply
The application deadline for the “Master in EU-MED African Relations and Cooperation Policies” (EUMEDA) is 4th December 2026 at 12:00 noon (CEST). Candidates will be able to submit their applications through the University of Parma’s online platform, ESSE3.
